270 Co Rd 667 lot: 0, Alma, CO 80440

Own a piece of Colorado's rich mining history with these 4 lots in the historic town of Park City just south of Alma. At just over 39 acres these Residential lots abut National Forest to the north and offer exceptional mountain and valley views to the south.

Once home to 4 mining claims, the remnants remain, with a (now sealed) mine and old railroad trail traversing the lots - now known by the locals as Aspen Alley. Richly treed with a diverse terrain, these lots would be ideal for a private mountain home or just a legacy property unlike any other.

Surrounded by the Mosquito Mountain range, it's an outdoor lover's paradise, with miles of hiking, biking and cross county ski trails to endless rivers for angling - and rafting just to the south, in Buena Vista. Minutes to both the Towns of Alma and Fairplay for shopping, dining and the free bus to Summit County for world-class skiing in Breckenridge and beyond. Make the drive up and explore this exceptional property!
