276 Taft Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30315

Somebody took their time with this one. A 1952 bungalow in Joyland, renovated where it counts, not just painted and photographed. The kitchen is done in stainless and granite. Two bedrooms, one full bath, and a flex room off the bedroom that is the reason this house lives bigger than 946 square feet.

Home office, gym, sitting room, whatever you need it to be. Location is the quiet argument here. You are roughly five miles from Hartsfield-Jackson and about the same from downtown, so the airport, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena are all a short drive, not a commute. And it is finished. Most of what has come to market around here lately is somebody else's unfinished project. This one you move into, or rent out, without a contractor in the middle. Southwest Atlanta, inside the city, under $200K, move in ready.
