281 MISTY Lane, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411

Great possibilities on this large, property. Was once an apartment building, can be a single family home and may be the best use. Beautiful views from the top. Paved driveway leading up. Five levels of building! Private well and septic system. Septic system was uncovered during a recent contract and left exposed to view.

Property needs a great deal of rehab, but could be something spectacular. Previous use was to rent rooms, some had kitchenettes, and there was a large room with a kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom numbers were lowered to comply with health department opinion letter. There are two large garage doors also into the lower levels. Quiet and peaceful location with many woods and a picnic area.
