Welcome to The Sanctuary at Corrine. This property was completely reimagined in 2025 by the owner and principal designer of Dwell Interiors, Jessica Wiebe. She considers how a home will be experienced day to day--how people move through it, gather in it, and share it with others.

Inspired by a French villa retreat, every space here was designed with a natural flow, blurring the line between indoors and out. While many modern homes lean further into technology, this one was intentionally designed to do the opposite, creating a sense of calm, with fewer distractions and a greater focus on presence and connection.

From a new roof and pool and handcrafted built-ins... t to a chef's kitchen with integrated WOLF appliances and antique style finishes, every element feels considered.Outside, more than 300 trees create shade and privacy. Enjoy dinner under grapevine-covered pergolas, outdoor showers, and Mountain View's that gives the feeling of a European retreat in the heart, of Arizona.

A separate attached residence adds flexibility, whether for guests, extended living, or income potential, without disrupting the peaceful feel of the property.
