309 Rausch Road, Galeton, PA 16922

A rare opportunity to own a true Pennsylvania hunting and fishing camp in the heart of God's Country. Established in 1964 Stiegel Gun Club sits on approximately 50 mostly wooded acres with the beautiful Germania Branch of Kettle Creek flowing through the property, offering native trout fishing and year - round outdoor recreation.

The property features an older two-story bunk-style camp with plenty of room for family, friends and hunting parties. The camp appears to be structurally serviceable but would benefit from maintenance and updates, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to restore and personalize a traditional hunting camp.

Surrounded by abundant wildlife habitat, the area provides outstanding hunting for deer, bear, turkey, and other game. Located on an approved ATV road, with short distance to State Game Lands. Owner will remove personal items, balance of furnishings will stay
