309 Skidder Trail, Truckee, CA 96161

Great location overlooking the 17th hole of Northstar Golf Course and a year-round creek. This homesite comes with completed plans for a 3,890 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath modern residence and is ready to pull permits. The plans are designed to take advantage of the golf course and creek setting, giving a buyer the opportunity to move forward with a home that has already been designed rather than starting from scratch.

Ownership includes automatic membership in the Northstar Owners' Association, with access to the recreation center and shuttle service. Northstar offers year-round amenities including skiing and snowboarding, an 18-hole golf course, biking and hiking, ice skating, swimming, hot tubs, fitness centers, pickleball and tennis courts, and village events. Northstar is a true four-season resort, and this homesite offers the opportunity to build a new mountain home in an established resort community.
