Both lots have completed perc and probe testing, so you can move ahead with your building plans. Lot 2A (18.6 acres) This lot is entirely wooded, a private homesite nestled among the trees. An older bank barn on the property remains in solid condition, ready for storage, equipment, or your next project.
It's an ideal spot for a secluded home, a hunting retreat, or both. Lot 9 (18.6 acres) About 8 acres of open countryside give way to wooded acreage for privacy. The homesite overlooks pastureland, with incredible views of Tuscarora Mountain and beautiful sunsets. Here you get the best of both worlds: open views out front and woods at your back. The two lots will be offered separately and together. Bid on the lot that suits you best, or combine them for 37.2 acres of Perry County countryside.
