3250 Woiderski Road, Cheboygan, MI 49721

If you have been searching for a true Northern Michigan deer camp this could be it! Large tracts of land have been increasingly hard to find and this one sits on just over 232 acres. A very well kept rustic log cabin overlooking a newly dug pond sits 600 yards off of the road providing absolute seclusion.

The cabin is 20'x20 with an upstairs loft for sleeping and wired for generator power. Additionally, there is a shed large enough for a couple 4-wheeler and tool storage. The owners have continually been adding improvements to the land by planting fruit trees, improving the driveway access, adding food plot areas and trails around the property.

There are several established hunting locations along with three new and one old elevated box blinds along with many great tree stand spots allowing the new owner instant opportunity to start hunting. Located less than 1/2 mile down a seasonal road and less than 5 miles from downtown Cheboygan gives you the off grid feeling while still having cell service and only being minutes from amenities.
