335 Lower County Road, Dennis, MA 02638

On the market for the first time in 90 years, this Dennis Port cottage is the sweet summer escape you've been dreaming of. Built in 1936 and cared for by the same family ever since, the 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has classic Cape character throughout. Start your mornings with coffee on the screened-in porch, and end your evenings with conversation by the fireplace.

Out back, a private yard gives you room to grill, garden or just relax. A NEW 3 BEDROOM septic system offers potential for expansion. Sea Street Beach is just 7/10 of a mile away, an easy stroll or bike ride, and Dennis Port's shops, restaurants and seasonal fun are close by. This is a rare chance to own a piece of Cape Cod history and start some Cape Cod traditions of your own.
