3440 Middle Ck. Rd., Klamath River, CA 96050

$10,000 PRICE DROP TO GET IT SOLD!! 15 ACRES WITH YEAR ROUND SPRING WATER SOURCE IN HORSE CREEK AREA. Property was an old pot grow & needs clean up(trash/debris & a few vehicles) being sold AS-IS. BUT this parcel has a USFS permit to access the spring(apx.

$100 per year fee). Has water tanks, large leveled garden areas, 20 foot freight container, & an old 2 story never-finished cabin structure in need of major repairs OR start over!. Does have hard line phone but way off grid & no cell service(needs booster antennae, or Starlink, etc.).

Permits pulled back in the 1970's for septic system & house but were never signed off by the County. Was a commune very long ago, & was lived in until about 15 years ago. Be careful walking around house, the siding was removed & lots of hidden nails/boards in the vegetation by structure.

Also, garden area above driveway is very marshy. Driveway is a documented easement thru an adjoining parcel so subject parcel starts apx. 1/8th mile down driveway. About 10 years ago the region was hard hit by fire but many trees on this property survived. VERY Secluded location amongst large Oak trees. Call for maps 1st!
