35 AC FM 1512, Donie, TX 75838

Wonderful opportunity to own your own ranch in Limestone County. This 35 acre parcel is open and mostly level but slightly rolling with trees scattered throughout, as well as a tree-lined border. The majority of the perimeter is barbed wire fenced but may need some work done for cattle.

There are 4 ponds on this scenic property. It would be great for cattle, recreational or residential. Property taxes are currently under $25 due to the agricultural exemption in place! Navasota Valley in the electricity co-op in the area and wells are the option for water, with many in that location averaging 300 ft. depth. Great location off of FM 39 and close to Lake Limestone, with roughly 2,400 ft of paved road frontage. There is one gas well on the property that has been fenced off from the rest.
