The two guest bathrooms and the carpet in both upstairs bedrooms remain in original builder condition, included as a humbling reminder that not everything can be a chandelier moment - and I suppose also for transparency sake. The HOA is reasonably low for the level of maintenance they take off your shoulders. The YMCA and Publix are steps away (you're only allowed to make good decisions). Whole Foods is two minutes, and so are two incredible golf clubs (questionable decisions are allowed to be made here). Marist School is half a mile up the road. You are inside the Perimeter (ITP'er). And the current owner would like you to know they are only leaving because life demanded it, not because they found something better, because I fear they have not. It is by all accounts a wonderful home.
