3740 Kites Landing Road #31, Florien, LA 71429

Completely remodeled lake camp, move in ready! This is an adorable, dollhouse style lake camp that's been completely transformed! Originally built in 1960, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (with potential for 2nd bathroom) was fully gutted, renovated, and remodeled in 2025, offering the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern updates.

Every detail of this home was thoughtfully designed to create a warm inviting space full of character. The primary bedroom features custom sliding barn doors from authentic 100 year old reclaimed doors. Throughout the home, beautiful antique beadboard has been carefully incorporated into the walls, adding warmth, history, and craftsmanship not often replicated.

The charming front porch is designed for year round enjoyment with custom shutters that open outward to catch a breeze or close during the winter months to help retain warmth. Outside you'll find a separate storage area for all your fishing gear, ATV's, golf carts, or other outdoor toys and accessories.
