Nearly everything in the home is renovated top to bottom over the last 3 years and now features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is only a few blocks from Reba McEntire's restaurant that opened in 2023 that now also has an outdoor amphitheater as well. It's a perfect starter home or investment property. During the renovation it was discovered that a back corner of the home originally was an exterior porch that at some point had been enclosed and incorporated into the rest of the home. Nearly every piece of drywall was taken down during the renovation and new wiring and insulation installed in those areas. The bulk of the ceiling was also replaced due to some spots caving in. Wiring was replaced throughout most of the home as well as the plumbing. All new insulation was blown into the attic space and a full HVAC system installed as there was previously no central unit. One bathroom is entirely new as it was not previously part of the home and was added as the master bath off the main bedroom. The other got new tile flooring, new toilet and a matching vanity to the other bathroom. The kitchen has all new cabinets and counter tops as well as a set of sliding glass doors as an entry/exit from the home. New flooring was also installed in the kitchen that flows to the adjacent living room and laundry space. No appliances are currently installed, but an electrical connection is available for a microwave above the stove, a water connection for a refrigerator, and outlet (with switch) under the sink for a garbage disposal. The exterior of the home has new siding and the front porch was extended down the side of the home to the glass entry doors in the kitchen.
