40149 SE KITZMILLER Rd, Eagle Creek, OR 97022

This 10 acre site is a great location in Eagle Creek. A relatively flat home site has been previously cleared by the prior owner, seasonal territorial views of the valley to the north, County owned land to the west. Zoned Timber District, the property exhibits a mix of flat building area and sloping topography with a seasonal creek running through the southern portion of the property.

The site features a domestic well drilled approximately twenty years ago with a steel jacket casing, indicating good structural condition. Power and utilities are available at the adjacent road and would require extension to the home site; the property was previously approved for septic installation.

A forest dwelling permit was issued to the prior owner and has since expired. Motivated seller is ready to consider all reasonable written offers. Please obtain authorization from listing broker prior to accessing the property.
