Unbelievable million-dollar views from this beautiful five-acre parcel in Palomar View Estates. A hidden gem just a few miles east of Temecula Wine Country. This five-acre parcel is mostly all usable with a nice size flat area at the top which would be perfect for a house pad.

This is an ideal spot for someone to build their dream home. Not too far out of town but just far enough to be able to enjoy priceless peace and tranquility. There are two major advantages with this parcel. One, is that it already has a well with a recently installed pump, and controller.

The other is that there is access to power at the rear of the property. Owner has obtained an approval from SCE with a design to access power from this location. Thousands spent, along with several months of time invested to get this accomplished through SCE. This is a massive savings for the new owner in terms of utility costs when building. Come see for yourself and take in the amazing views. Professional photos will be done next week. Thanks for showing!
