4461 Poppy Mallow Lane, Oxford, NC 27565

Welcome to Murphys Ridge, a peaceful country-setting neighborhood located along the Granville and Person County line. Just 13 miles from downtown Oxford, residents enjoy convenient access to local dining, shopping, and community festivities, while also offering an easy commute to RTP, RDU, Duke, downtown Durham, and Raleigh.

Lots range from 1 to 1.48 acres, giving you plenty of room to enjoy the quiet country lifestyle and take in beautiful star-filled nights away from city lights. Some lots are cleared and ready to build. Lots are sold exclusively to builders or buyers who already have a builder for a turn-key land/home package.

Build time limits apply. Recorded restrictive covenants and the subdivision plat are on file. Per the Streets Disclosure, roads are built to NCDOT standards and will be dedicated to NCDOT once the neighborhood reaches 75% completion. Until that time, the HOA will maintain the roads.
