481 Della Avenue, Willits, CA 95490

This is a contractor special! Fix and flippers come on in. This home has great bones. The current owner did tons of work, most of the demo and removal of all debris. New life is ready to be brought back into this contractor's dream. The Lot is decent size with a large private backyard.

There are also mature fruit trees. The lot offers a good amount of privacy in the back yard, and is conveniently located next to downtown, medical services, stores, restaurants, schools, and public transportation. Most of the hard work has been done on the renovation. The owner is flexible and will offer creative financing--owner carry with the right down. Willits is an up-and-coming area with a very high rental demand. This is a great investment opportunity!
