49 Curtis St, Athens, OH 45701

Two lots near the end of a cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Together they total approximately a third of an acre with electric, public water and sewer available at the road. The sellers had dreams of building a home here years ago but never finished.

The remnants of their dreams are still visible on the property in the form of an old block foundation. This charming little neighborhood could be just the right spot for you to follow your dream and build your new home away from the hustle and bustle. With easy access to Richland Avenue and US 33/50, you can be back in the thick of things lickety-split if necessary!
