500 State Route 34, Gerlach, NV 89412

Few properties on earth occupy a position as scientifically and experientially singular as Camp David formerly known as the Great Boiling Springs Park. Set on 144 acres atop one of Nevada's most geothermally active regions, this historic holding encompasses dozens of hot springs and thermal pools, including the legendary Great Boiling Spring itself with 201 Acre Feet of Water.

The land harbors a one-of-a-kind living laboratory: Thermocrinis jamiesonii, a thermophilic microorganism found nowhere else on the planet, has drawn researchers from leading institutions worldwide including NASA making this a site of genuine scientific import.

Existing structures include a primary dwelling, shop and storage, a maintenance outbuilding, and dedicated power storage. Black Rock mud lends additional therapeutic allure. Whether envisioned as a destination wellness resort, a research institute, a fractional ownership retreat, or a geothermal power and water enterprise, the possibilities here are as boundless as the desert horizon that surrounds them.
