There's also a generator that is included, they purchased to run the furnace and kitchen appliances in times of need.  Several updates were just made prior to the home going on market, including living room and basement flooring, interior painting in much of the home, as well as some updated ceilings.  Other updates include flooring in the bathroom in 2024, the boiler heat replaced in 2023, a new electrical panel in 2022 or 2023, plumbing updates and kitchen flooring in 2022, and the water heater in 2021.  Most or all windows have been replaced since 2016, including the large picture window in front that was replaced in 2023.  The roof is only about 11 years old.
