Welcome to your little piece of paradise in the middle of the National Forest, surrounded by incredible open views of the Red Rocks. Tucked away at the end of a short private dirt road, bordering National Forest, you will find 13.36 acres of untouched nature with pristine vegetation.
This large parcel has been split into 3 smaller ones: Parcel A: 5.06ac $330,000 Parcel B: 4.06ac $220,000 Parcel C: 4.24ac $225,000 All 3 parcels discount: $675,000 Great Spirit Way is all about creating peaceful moments through deep connection with nature.
The owners have set up a little tent for their own enjoyment when they want to get out of the hustle-and-bustle of Sedona during peak season, take some space to breathe and enjoy the mesmerizing night sky full of stars (and UFOs!) Parcel A has a deep Well (1000ft) but will need a Well house & system.
Sellers will not sell Parcel A separately from Parcel B and C, unless Parcel B and C sell separately prior to Parcel A. Very slim CC&R's apply to all 3 parcels. The most important information in there (see documents tab) is that the parcels can no longer be split into smaller parcels. They have to remain their current size. Private Property. Please do not attempt to drive out there on your own. Contact your agent to schedule a showing.
