5117 Goliad Drive lot: 343, Temple, TX 76502

5117 Goliad is a 0.4 acre wooded homesite in Tanglewood, a gated community outside city limits, so no city taxes. The lot home door can be purchased with it, giving you a combined homesite with no neighbors on that side and plenty of room to spread out: a bigger footprint, a shop, a pool, or just more trees between you and the road.

Tanglewood gives you the lake without the lake house price tag. Walk down to the water to swim, fish, or picnic, then come back to the community pool, clubhouse, playground, basketball court, and picnic areas.
