Don't miss this rare opportunity to own a fully upgraded camping lot that's ready for family, friends, and weekends at the lake! Over the past year, this property has been transformed from a single camping lot into a setup capable of accommodating up to 3 campers, making it ideal for entertaining or hosting guests.

The lot features water, electric, and septic, along with 200-amp electrical service and three full 30/50-amp hookups, each with 110 GFI outlets. Water is supplied through frost-free hydrants, eliminating concerns about freezing lines. Additional improvements include a new culvert at the rear of the property for improved access and drainage, plus the lot has been fully surveyed for added peace of mind.

Conveniently located just a short distance from the park and beach, you'll have easy access to all the fun Holiday Lake has to offer. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or the perfect place to gather with family and friends, this move-in-ready camping lot is ready to enjoy!
