53 & 13 SIDING LN, Vesuvius, VA 24483

Almost 25 acres of hunting and fishing paradise on the South River in Rockbridge County! This property includes a lovingly maintained 1890s farmhouse with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, over 1,000 feet of trout-stocked South River frontage, National Forest bordering three sides, a riverfront cabin with electricity, a spring-fed pond, and plenty of room to explore and enjoy the outdoors.

8 minutes to Fairfield and less than 20 minutes to Lexington, this place feels super private while still being convenient to town. One of the best spots on the South River, this section has large rocks and dunking holes where you can actually submerge in the refreshing mountain waters.

Anglers rejoice as this river is stocked with trout yearly! Multiple acres of level riverfront land and the powered cabin make it an ideal set-up for camping with friends and family. If being in the woods is more your thing, then hop on the well-maintained ATV and hiking trails behind the house that connect directly to National Forest.
