537 Hagood St, Moberly, MO 65270

With good bones and plenty of potential, this property could be a great fix-and-flip project or addition to a rental portfolio. Much of the demolition has already been done, giving you a head start on the renovations. The home has been vacant for approximately six years but has been heated during the winter months.

There's a covered front porch and covered back deck, along with a nice deep lot with alley access in the back. Several building supplies will stay with the property, including kitchen cabinets, doors, a bathroom vanity and dishwasher. The home currently has one gas wall heater located in the center of the house and one window A/C unit. The roof and gutters are approximately five years old, and the home is serviced by a fuse box. Property is being sold AS-IS and is ready for someone to come in and bring it back to life.
