The Elk Viewing tower is a short ride through the woods or by road along with 20,000 + public hunting acres. This property needs a septic installed that will run most likely between $8000-$12,000 and you are ready to build whatever your dream is. The camper is already there for you to enjoy throughout your build.

The public water was very expensive for the developer to get and extend up the mountain. There are Wide roads throughout the development. There is no HOA at this time but as the development gets close to completion the Lot owners will have to form an HOA and collect a yearly fee to maintain the water pump and roads.
