6165 Whitetop Rd. lot: 0, Troutdale, VA 24378

Mountain land in the Konnarock area of the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area. This 1.25-acre parcel sits right on Whitetop Road (Route 600), about 11 miles from I-81 at Chilhowie, so it's easy to reach without long gravel roads or steep private drives.

The surrounding area draws visitors year-round for hunting, camping, fishing, and hiking. Whitetop, Elk Garden, and access to the Appalachian Trail and Virginia Highlands Horse Trail are all a short drive away. The existing structure (uninhabitable) has been vacant for several years and has significant damage and deterioration, including apparent settling of the foundation.

Property being sold strictly as-is. Portions of the lot are wet, and the status of the septic system and water source are unknown. A rare chance to own a piece of the Iron Mountain area at an accessible price point. Listing details pulled from existing public record. Buyer's agent to verify all information, including condition, soil suitability, and utilities.
