Excellent investment opportunity for someone looking for a fixer upper! Beautiful, flat lot very near the community boat ramp and playground area at Lake Gaston! Camper has one slide out in the living room and has been used seasonally. It has some immediate issues and needs some TLC, but it is a great deal for the right buyer!

Noted issues include a roof leak (tarp is covering the roof), no refrigerator, and no propane tanks are available. May contain mold and/or mildew due to the roof leak. Hold Harmless agreement is uploaded. The refrigerator was recently removed as it was not working.

Owner knows of no other issues but is selling AS IS. Vacant lots in the neighborhood are selling at $30, 000+ theese days, so don't delay if you have been looking for something you can make your own! Perfect opportunity for someone to build a shelter over the existing camper and perform some repairs; or it is a wonderful FLAT corner lot close by the boat launch for someone to replace the camper with something of their choice.

Lot is cleared and has grass ground cover, which makes this one better! Come check it out with your Realtor and make an offer today, while it is still available. NOTE to showing agents: Hold Harmless agreement is loaded in Documents. Please complete and return a copy to Listing Agent prior to any showings.
