652 & 650 Union Highway, Cross Anchor, SC 29331-9800

Discover a unique investment, residential, or historic restoration opportunity at the crossroads of Cross Anchor! This approximately 2.93-acre property includes two distinct structures with immediate utility and remarkable historical significance. The charming 1951 mid-century cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal primary residence, rental property, or on-site base for a future restoration project.

Also located on the property is the historic Easter House, built circa 1892 and designed by renowned mail-order architect George F. Barber (Design No. 36-E). This striking Queen Anne/Revival-style residence represents a significant piece of South Carolina architectural history and offers a rare opportunity for an ambitious restoration vision.

The historic structure requires extensive structural rehabilitation and is strictly unsafe to enter or tour. Original features, including pocket doors and substantial timber framing, remain. The roof has been recently patched to help limit further exposure.

Potential eligibility for South Carolina Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and local property tax Incentivization may provide opportunities for qualified restoration projects; buyers should independently verify eligibility and requirements. Whether you're seeking a property with rental potential, a primary residence, or a once-in-a-lifetime historic restoration project, this Cross Anchor compound offers exceptional possibilities. Offered at $400,000 and sold strictly AS-IS.
