6796 Gem Twist Way #Grand Prix Village North, Williamsburg, MI 49690

One of the last remaining vacant parcels in Northern Michigan's premier gated equestrian community. This private 6.03-acre lot is ideally located at the rear of the development with direct bridle path access to the showgrounds. Since August 2024, over $350,000 in improvements have been completed, including grading, a tent pad, electric, well, and paddocks-making it ready for your use during the 2026 circuit while you finalize your barn plans.

A site plan is already in place to streamline the design process, with a full list of improvements available in the attached documents. Grand Prix Village North was designed by equestrians for equestrians, featuring luxury barns, secure gated entry, paved roads, and a private trail network. Offering both privacy and convenience, this parcel represents a rare opportunity to create your ideal equestrian estate adjacent to Flintfields Horse Park, home of Traverse City Horse Shows.
