One of the nicest 40 acre parcels in Ferry County with huge views in all directions. You can look down the valley towards Curlew Lake, at the spectacular view of Mt. Elizabeth or towards Curlew and the Kettle Crest Mts. Extremely private yet almost on the valley floor.

Nice mixture of mature timber, grassy meadows with rock outcroppings and bluffs. There are two cabins on the property. One is a 3 story tree house built between several large trees. There's rustic corrugated tin on the outside but inside it's warm & inviting with lots of character. The second cabin is small but solid with a small loft. Truly a one of a kind property and very unique.
