120 acres of a sportsman's paradise along with a 2736 sq ft duck lodge that was built in 1981 and has been updated throughout its life. There is also a 2nd lodge built in 2013 that sleeps 8 with an additional bathroom, kitchen, dining, and sitting area.

The main lodge sleeps as many as needed. The 4 bedrooms are large and can comfortably sleep 16. The two large bathrooms have been updated and are nice and clean. The large dining hall is home to an 18 foot, one piece, solid oak dining table. Please note that this will be a turn key sale.

The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances that will convey. The stive is a Vulcan, 6 burner propane unit. The granite island bar is 17 feet long with storage galore. Bar stools. ice machine, washer, dryer, and Federal 4 door reach in cooler will convey.

The den style gathering room is open and has a custom rock, wood burning fireplace with a heavy steel firebox chamber. The 120 acres had duck, deer, rabbit, squirrel hunting, and much more. Shooting lanes, deer plots, fields, green timber/oak bottoms, some stands and feeders are ready for the hunting season. The lake is approximately 4 acres with a dock visible from the main lodge.
