We have the Buccaneers, Bolts, Rays, great malls, churches, fishing/boating and golf courses.  There are many great local restaurants, and many things to do within 100 miles, like Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios etc.  A 2021 remodel included:  all floors replaced with high quality engineered laminate flooring. replaced all air vents, all walls painted with top-of-the-line Valspar paint, new base boards throughout, all light switches and wall sockets replaced.  The stove hood was replaced. The bathroom has a new vanity top, sink. faucet, and 19-inch-high toilet.  In 2023 we put in new kitchen cabinets and sink.  In 2023 we installed an inside hook-up for a washer and dryer.  Within the last two months we have painted the porch floor and put a new roof coating on the porch roof.
