Commercial Feedlot in North Bingham County. This Feedlot is designed to accommodate 13,000 head of cattle. The pens are approximately 240' x 240', equating to just over 1.25 acres each. The feeding complex comprises a batch box, a grain storage facility with a capacity of 100,000 bushels, a grain elevator, a high-speed pit unload system, and bins equipped with air drying capabilities.

Additional space is available for 4 more 25K bushel bins, providing enhanced storage capacity. There is also a separate composting area, along with connections electrical connections for a mill. The facility has two hydraulic cattle chutes and three receiving or shipping chutes.
