75 Milano Loop, El Prado, NM 87529

This is a perfect ready-to-build parcel situated in the Sierra de Taos subdivision - a great location just six miles (about a 10 minute drive) north of Taos town. If you are looking for a spot to build that provides not just amazing views but also easy access up to Arroyo Seco, Taos Ski Valley, Taos town itself, or out to the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument, this is a great option.

Accessed by a level grade county-maintained road (Valencia Road), and with electric, fiber internet, natural gas, and shared well already in place, it is priced very right for someone who doesn't want to waste any time in developing their new Taos-area home. Two neighboring homes are soon-to-be completed and, given that it is now spring, you can site and build your home with plans to be enjoying it later this year.
