755 7TH STREET Ext, Lafayette, OR 97127

Great opportunity to build a single-family residence, or duplex, within a short walk of Washer Elementary School in a growing Yamhill County community. Lafayette sits in the heart of Oregon's wine country, less than ten minutes from McMinnville and fifteen from Newberg.

This commuter town offers convenient access to great hospitals, Portland, the Coast, and Oregon's charming collection of small wine country towns, such as Dayton and Carlton. This lot sits on the corner, has two driveway entrances, and is nearly 10,000 sf. The two entrances would be ideal for multi-generational living. The Buyer is encouraged to do their own due diligence on buildability with the City of Lafayette.
