7825 Rio Vista Drive, Big River, CA 92242

Amazing River Front lot situated between two beautiful homes with a shared boat ramp. Have you been dreaming of building your own River Oasis? This is a fantastic time to buy. Big River is a quiet strip of river paradise that sits on Colorado River Indian Tribe (CRIT) Land and falls under a Master Lease managed by them.

The current Lease expires in February of 2029 and is expected to be extended by a new 30-year Lease. The costs associated with the new Lease have not been released but are expected to be higher than the current one. Building permits and inspections are all obtained here in Big River.

The Big River Development Enterprises (BRDE) is located on the same street, and it is recommended to contact them directly for all building questions. Mobile homes are not permitted on riverfront lots, but short-term vacation rentals are allowed. There is a shared easement on this property of which the boat ramp resides and is not counted in the property square footage.

This lot is an ideal location for both summer and winter sports. You can drive straight up the road and into the open desert. Call today with any and all questions.
