791 Moore Creek Road, Flat Lick, KY 40935

If you have been looking for a nice piece of country property, this could be just what you've been waiting for! Offering approximately 3.5 acres, more or less (per PVA), this mostly level tract in the Moores Creek area is full of possibilities. Whether you are dreaming of building a home, placing a manufactured home, starting a small homestead, or simply enjoying your own slice of the countryside this property is worth a look.

A mobile home was previously located on the property and has since been removed. The seller believes the property once had water and a septic system, but buyers should verify the location, condition, and availability of all utilities to their satisfaction.

An added bonus is the possibility of free natural gas from a nearby gas well located on the adjoining property, subject to approval and arrangements with the gas company. There is a small barn on the property but its in need of major repairs. The lower portion of the property along the creek is believed to be in a flood zone and has flooded in the past.

However, according to the seller, the homesite near the road where previous mobile home was located has never flooded. Buyers are encouraged to verify flood zone information, acreage, boundaries, and all other information important to their intended use. Property has not been surveyed. With road frontage, a peaceful country setting, and plenty of room to make it your own, this property offers an excellent opportunity at an affordable price. Come take a look and imagine the possibilities!
