7990 STAUFFER CANYON Rd #104, Montpelier, ID 83254

Awesome recreational property with two outbuildings already on it, ready to go! Located in the Bear Lake Ranchettes, north of Liberty/Sharon on Stauffer Canyon Rd, this 20 acre lot is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise! Good thick trees on the west of buildings for afternoon shade, and a pretty but distant view of Bear Lake, the mountains, and the valley all around.

Property features an old sheepherder's cabin from early 1900's and a much more modern-built shed, with concrete floor, with covered porch area to enjoy the peace and quiet up in the hills! Full 20 acres is quite gradually-sloping, making it very usable for whatever a buyer desires. County does not plow road in the winter. Use GOOGLE Maps for GPS to locate with listed address. Final address to be determined by county upon building residence. This one really checks most every box, so jump on it ASAP!
