Set outside of town just a short distance off of Highlands Rd on Bee Tree Ln sits this large home and separate workshop with 4 garage bays capable of fitting 6 cars. The workshop has its own water (currently disconnected), water heater, hvac system( do not know if it works) and lighting with cinder block wall construction. The roof is damaged and leaking badly in a few areas of the workshop and the home. At one point the homes copper water pipes were damaged and replaced with pex pipe set up only for the basic needs of kitchen and bathroom and disconnected from the shop. There is mold damage in the home and a portion of the basements exterior roof has fallen in, but the cinder block wall remains and quotes for a new roof can be discussed. There is a leak in the roof in the secondary bedroom. Some electrical plugs and switches may not work.
