8167 Beech, Hale, MI 48739-9999

Great opportunity to build your dream cabin or forever home, tucked between Loon Lake and Long Lake in Hale. This peaceful property overlooks a small lake to the south and already has approval for a conventional septic system, with documentation available.

A well is located on the property; however, its condition is unknown. A survey was completed in 2025, and survey stakes are in place. As an added bonus, the footprint of the previous cabin is grandfathered in, allowing you to rebuild in the same location and build upward, as long as the existing footprint is not expanded. A great opportunity to create your own Up North getaway!
