This property is nestled right in the bend of the Saline river just minutes away from the very nice Vince Bluff boat ramp. It offers almost 1 mile of river frontage, this property has an approximately 12 year old natural regrowth on it that is thriving due to the rich soil. There have been several mature whitetails taken on this property and the whitetail population is thriving. There are many very mature cypress trees left on this property, some of the biggest I have ever seen! The Saline river offers some of the best bass, crappie, bream and catfishing in south Arkansas. The Vince Bluff boat ramp is concreted and very easy to use. You don't want to let this property slip away, give me a call today! ## Location - **Address:** 850 Vince Bluff Road, New Edinburg, AR 71660 - **County:** Cleveland - **Neighborhood:** Metes & Bounds - **Coordinates:** 33.7625, -92.2028 - **Google Maps:** https://www.google.com/maps?q=33.7625,-92.2028 ## Listing Agent - **Name:** Joshua Nichols - **Brokerage:** White Oak Realty - **Broker Phone:** 5015909755 - **Listing URL:** [View original listing](https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/850-Vince-Bluff-Rd_New-Edinburg_AR_71660_M91815-90443?f=listhub&s=CARMLS&m=25022055&c=propsimple) ## Photos ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 1](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2217086854r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 2](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3379400576r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 3](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f1729849409r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 4](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f697040259r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 5](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f1998298878r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 6](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3341416539r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 7](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2381833523r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 8](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f1031913088r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 9](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2214476120r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 10](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f122318000r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 11](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f588535051r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 12](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3679138656r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 13](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2256938803r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 14](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2712977999r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 15](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2231162848r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 16](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3065626605r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 17](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2052280585r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 18](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f419290718r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 19](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3193103623r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 20](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f4077710953r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 21](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2559759982r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 22](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f432929030r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 23](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f1459025420r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 24](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3644954211r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 25](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2924153981r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 26](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f3650335405r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 27](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f2836029926r.jpg) ![850 Vince Bluff Road - Photo 28](http://lh.rdcpix.com/2e2b6ab3c4830c64fc3ace55c9b9e75cl-f1405749037r.jpg) --- **MLS#:** 25022055 | **Updated:** 2026-10-20 **Source:** listhub *Copyright © 2026 Cooperative Arkansas Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
