OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS TAKE NOTE! Escape the world and embrace nature on this beautiful 15.8-acre property. Featuring a charming 20x20 timber-frame barn with electric and a frost-free hydrant, this property is the perfect retreat for recreation and relaxation.

The land includes DEC-regulated wetlands, so any future building would require DEC approval--but if you're seeking an outdoor paradise, this is the place. Enjoy the thoughtful work already completed by the current owner to make this the ideal camp getaway.

The barn, with its timeless country character and sturdy construction, offers comfort and convenience far beyond a tent or camper. Approved engineered septic plans are available and the sand for the leach field has already been delivered. Just 20 miles from Albany and close to the NYS Thruway, shops, and restaurants, this affordable Upstate retreat is ready for you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the sounds of nature.
