8735 Lagoon Ln, Montour, ID 83617

This nearly 13-acre homesite is located in the one-of-a-kind riverfront community of Lagoon Ln in Montour, Idaho-with no HOA. The property borders wildlife management land along the Payette River, where a short walk beneath a canopy of mature, wild maple trees feels like stepping into an enchanted forest.

The setting opens to a heron pond and a secluded, nearly exclusive beach along the river, while the treetops come alive with osprey and other wildlife throughout the seasons. The property also enjoys deeded river access, giving you even more opportunity to experience the Payette. An active water right provides irrigation from the river.
