92-8484 PINEAPPLE PKWY, Ocean View, HI 96737

Hawaiian Ocean View Estates - Beautiful consolidated two acre parcel with a driveway entrance and other graded vehicle and walking paths throughout. Large ohia trees provide shade and privacy. Several areas have cement and rock foundations/rock walls from old structures that have since been removed.

Lots of interesting pathways meandering around the property. This section of Pineapple Pkwy is sparsely populated with no close neighbors. It looks like there's a distant ocean view over the treetops from the higher areas of the lot. There are no Helco poles nearby, so power will need to be off-grid.

Lava Zone 2, Flood Zone X. The town of Ocean View has several shopping areas with basic services such as gas stations, markets, restaurants, a post office, hardware store. Just over an hour north is Kailua-Kona where you'll find major medical services, big box shopping and an international airport. The District of Ka'u is well-known for it's unique black and green sand beaches as well as incredible deep sea fishing.
