960 N Bayview Loop, Waldport, OR 97394

There are landscapes that remind us that the greatest luxuries have never been built by man. Just five minutes from Waldport, this remarkable 80-acre sanctuary rises above the timeless beauty of Alsea Bay, offering commanding views of one of the Oregon Coast's most iconic bridges and the Pacific beyond.

Here, every sunrise paints the forest in soft gold, every sunset settles quietly over the western horizon, and every day begins with the feeling that you've stepped into another time. This is more than a place to build a home. It is a place to build a legacy.

Long before roads crossed these hillsides, Roosevelt elk traveled ancient game trails through towering timber. Blacktail deer browsed the open slopes, while black bear, mountain lion, bobcat, and countless smaller species made this rugged landscape their home. Today, little has changed. For hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, this is the kind of property that has become increasingly difficult to find.
