981 Palisade Mountain Dr, Drake, CO 80515

This nearly one-acre mountain parcel offers sweeping views of the Continental Divide, including Long's Peak and portions of the Never Summers. A high-producing well has already been drilled, there is a vault waste system currently installed and approved for two bedrooms, electricity is to the property, and the homesite has been graded with minimal prep required.

The property showcases dramatic rock outcroppings, breathtaking mountain vistas, and easy access to outdoor recreation. Nearby trails on Palisade and Storm Mountain provide opportunities for hiking, jeeping, side-by-sides, and more, while trout fishing can be enjoyed along the nearby Big Thompson River.

Within the community, residents also have access to a private lake where fishing and non-motorized boating are allowed. A home once stood here but was lost in the Alexander Mountain Fire of 2024, leaving behind a ready-to-build site with utilities already in place. Whether you're envisioning a mountain retreat or a full-time residence, this property is primed for your dream home.
