0 Agate Road in Barstow, is a 10.03 acre parcel, located adjacent to Highway 58 in Barstow and within one of Southern California's most important transportation and logistics corridors. The 10.03 parcel offers flat, usable acreage with convenient access to the surrounding Barstow area, I-15, I-40 and HWY 58 roadways, and the BNSF rail network, making this location the defining feature of this investment opportunity.
Barstow is entering a significant period of infrastructure growth with the approved and upcoming BNSF Barstow International Gateway (BIG), an approximately 4,500-acre integrated rail and logistics facility that will include a rail yard, intermodal facility and transload warehouses designed to move freight from international containers into the domestic rail network.
BNSF announced in June 2026 that the $4+ billion BIG project received Barstow City Council approval. This subject property is located just 2.5 miles from the future BNSF Barstow International Gateway. With Highway 58, I-15 and I-50 in proximity, the existing BNSF rail infrastructure nearby and the upcoming BIG logistics facility planned for 2.5 miles away, this 10-acre parcel offers an opportunity to secure prime land in a market experiencing major expansion.
