Auburn & Aster 20-ac (s/e corner), Adelanto, CA 92301

Prime Development Opportunity located in Adelanto's Opportunity Zone. Two 10-acre lots measuring approximately 330 x 1320 feet EACH. An existing home development is located at south west corner of Aster and Vintage - built in 1992 and features tile roofs.

These two lots are located at north east corner of Aster and Vintage so all utilities are nearby. The previous owners started to develop these parcels some time ago based on 5 homes per acre. (At that time and planned to build approximately 77 homes).

You may be able to build more now as the City recently lowered the minimum lot size to as low as 3600 sqft per unit. Check with the City Planning Dept. Water lines are available in the street on Auburn Ave along northern boundary; Sewer is available in the street on Vintage Rd along southern boundary. The City of Adelanto has a housing shortage and is looking for develpers of affordable homes. Are you ready to continue this development project? Buy now in the path of future development.
